Hi, I’m Sophie, the OT behind Coral Kids Therapy. I grew up on the coast and have always felt connected to the ocean—its calm, its colour and its sense of belonging. Those same qualities guide the way I work with children and families.

I’m passionate about supporting kids to understand their bodies, emotions and abilities in a way that feels safe, fun and achievable. I love getting to know each child as an individual and helping families make sense of what their child needs to thrive.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me by the water, spending time with loved ones or doing something creative. Coral Kids Therapy is a blend of my coastal roots, my love for paediatrics and my belief that every child deserves to feel confident and supported.
